TALENTED GEO STEADY MOVE INTERNATIONAL.


Talented local based musician Kigozi George William Aka ‪#‎Geosteady‬ who doubles as a writer and artist has been finally signed by ‪#‎Richmondpromz‬. The Rnb Mbuuza artist was seen last week in the hide out at Serena hotel with the General manager of Richmondz promz the celebrated local based international promoter Mary Ingabire based in UK who was in the country for the all of last week to collect her award at the ‪#‎UEA‬ awards and also create more business space with the local music line discussing about the deal and more in which he met more other artists that included the ‪#‎RonaldMayinja‬, ‪#‎CatherineKusasira‬, ‪#‎SteciaMayanja‬, ‪#‎Ssemakula‬ of Golden#production, #GeoSteady, ‪#‎GravityOmutujju, ‪#‎Maro‬, ‪#‎SpiceDiana‬, etc. And their Managers.
The Mbuuza artist has been the first ever artist to be signed by Richmond Promz in Uganda as they begin up their set goal of promoting the local faces internationally but this doesn't mean he is out of big talent.
Geo steady has been known with lots of songs which include the likes of ‪#‎Viola‬, ‪#‎Mbuuza‬, ‪#‎African‬ girl, ‪#‎Ntunulira‬ ,‪#‎She‬ wants me, ‪#‎Bazinanga‬ batya, ‪#‎Apaana‬ ft Don Mc , #Mbuuza question Remix ft Eddy Kenzo, ‪#‎Sente‬, ‪#‎imagine‬, ‪#‎Omufeere‬ etc.
So for more information, bookings and international performances will be set by the company and more artist to be signed by the same artist after their international promoters failing to act positively

KCCA Closes Singer AK47 Killer Bar Déjà vu

KAMPALA CITY Council Authority has closed Déjà vu, the bar where musician AK47 died.

KCCA was aided by police to close off the hangout the Kansanga based hangout was closed over hygiene and security reasons.
 
Musician AK47 was found unconscious in the bar washrooms minutes before his demise early this year.

Since the poor singer’s death, KCCA and police have received complaints with many people complaining about the joint’s security and hygiene.
 
And on Monday evening, KCCA officials aided by police closed Déjà vu bar, restaurant and health club section, said to be owned by Jeff Kiwa, the manager of Team No Sleep.

KCCA blames Deja vu for poor hygiene and security.

The KCCA official closed the place for hygiene and security reasons. “They have not had running water for three months and their toilets are terrible,” said one of the officials while sealing off the premises.
According to KCCA Déjà vu management has been warned for months but never heeded.

The ‘Kalibatanya’ singer upon receiving her accolade took to her Facebook page and shared her joy.
“Thank you so much DIVA awards for this recognition. #HUMBLED #BLESSED #GODISGOOD”, she wrote.
The Awards, which have been off for the last three years, returned with season 6 that was launched on Sunday (September 13) at Club Ambiance.

“We are looking to make the Diva Awards a regional event, we have not been around but we had a plan up the sleeves. We started in Kenya in 2008, came to Uganda between 2009 and 2012, and we have been in Rwanda for three years. Now we are back and trust me, this is the best thing that will happen to Ugandan music,” A Diva Awards Afrika representative told Xvibez
Other recipients of special awards included Aisha Nabukeera, Halima Namakula and Joanita Kawalya who received Special Courageous Diva Award, Special Music Achievement Award and Special Lifetime Achievement Award respectively.
